24 hectares of vines around Poysdorf are cultivated organically by Monika Neustifter and her father Karl. The loving care of the vines, the preservation of the healthy soil and the gentle treatment of nature are the top priorities for the winegrowing family. The common goal is to bring the naturalness of the product “wine” into the bottle. The main grape variety is Grüner Veltliner, which is vinified in eight different styles from Weinviertel DAC to Stockkultur. In addition to Grüner Veltliner and Rosé, there is a great passion for red wines such as Zweigelt, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. The organic winery also includes the TOP Heuriger Wein.Küche, as well as the BIO Wein.Restaurant and the Wein.Hotel, which is one of the TOP 10 best wine hotels in Austria.
